Developing SOP, Policies, Working Instruction, Authorization Chart
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a document relating to procedures carried out chronologically to complete a work that aims to obtain the most effective work results from workers at the lowest possible cost.
Policy is a series of concepts and principles that become guidelines and basic plans for implementing a job, leadership, and how to act.
In general, the Company must have an SOP and Policy to ensure that all activities in the Company have standardized work activities and have a good control system in maintaining risks that may occur.

Implementation ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is the title of an ISO standard (who is ISO?) that outlines the requirements an organization must maintain in its quality system for certification to ISO 9001. The standard can help companies to meet their customers’ requirements for their product/service while fulfilling any regulatory requirements. Typically an entire organization will seek certification, but the scope of the QMS can be tailored to improve performance at a particular facility or department.
Operational Audit
The goal of the operational audit process is to determine whether the internal controls of the business, such as policies and procedures, are sufficient to produce an optimum level of efficiency and effectiveness. This is critical for businesses, because a lack of efficiency and effectiveness typically translates to fewer sales or increased operational costs, which sometimes mean the inability of the business to compete and stay in business.
BC can help your Company to check your current Company condition and analyze the next step to maintain risk and develop control activities to your Company.

Implementing ERP System
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of core business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology.
ERP is usually referred to as a category of business-management software — typically a suite of integrated applications—that an organization can use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from these many business activities.
Currently, we have collaborated with one of the ERPs Vendor, namely Orlansoft. Orlansoft is a solution that provides a unified picture in a single software system that integrates and optimizes business processes, and delivers business information across entities and sites.
